Presentation Tips

1. Use a cool background - use backgrounds that are professionally produced, i.e. Digital Juice

2. Use only one detailed graph or chart per slide                                                                                                        

3. Use only four photographs per slide                                                                                                                        

4. Transitions are very useful, however, using a different transition for every slide is visually distracting.  We recommend using similar transitions throughout the entire presentation, i.e. vertical wipe & horizontal wipe.    

5. Use no smaller than 14 point font on a presentation that is going to be displayed on a projection screen.
